Who are we?  Fred and I have been married for 11 years and have a beautiful 7 year old daughter.

Like we stated on the home page, Fred was an RV Technician for over a decade and has learned from the best techs in the industry.  Due to some health issues Fred has recently moved to RV sales.  One of Fred’s main tasks an an RV tech was to do “show-throughs” for the customers that are ready to take their brand new RV off the lot.  He would show them how to work EVERYTHING on their new camper.  To show the customer everything each show-through would take about 2 hours.  Fred KNEW that he was giving them a ton of information, in a relatively short period of time, and he has always wanted to be able to give the customers more to help them.  A few times he “mistakenly” gave the customer his personal telephone number. His phone is constantly ringing with questions on how to work something on a camper or how to fix something.  That is why we decided to make this website.  To give people somewhere to find out how to work their camper or to ask questions.

When we aren’t working, we enjoy relaxing at our home near Minneapolis, riding motorcycles, chasing our daughter around at her various activities, and of course CAMPING!
